Having worked with over 70 individual community projects in the last twenty-eight years, Maxwell Group is a management company that can meet the varied needs of managing, developing, operating, and creating seniors care communities and related healthcare entities.
Development, Design & Construction
Our Development Department has developed multiple Life Plan Communities, assisted living, Alzheimer’s and memory care, rehab services, and skilled nursing care buildings and communities. We have developed from “green fields” more than $1.2 billion in new communities in the past 3 decades. We generally use the same core team of outside professionals (architects, general contractors, subs, and engineers) along with our full time development staff to achieve the goal of quality communities. We take great pride in always bring ahead of schedule and within budget.
Our Operations Department provides support for all daily management activities within the communities. Through policies and procedures, human resources, fiscal management, facility services, training and development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, member services, and wellness programming, we help the personnel in each community reach their potential by leading with our number one rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated.
Marketing & Sales
Our Marketing Department is our own in-house advertising agency and provides sales support to our communities. By having all advertising production in-house, we reduce cost for our communities, control our message and deliver projects in a timely manner. When it comes to sales we are unable to sell anyone on living in our communities; they have to sell themselves. That’s why we don’t have sales people, we have Lifestyle Advisors and their job is to assist potential members and help them determine if one our communities is the right fit for them.
Accounting & Finance
Our accounting and finance functions are all centralized, including billing, accounts payable, and reporting. This results in greater financial controls and eliminates redundant administrative costs at the community level. In addition, all of our communities utilize the same accounting, payroll, and software systems, enabling timely, high-quality management reporting. Maxwell Group has developed standardized reporting, delivered regularly to key managers on a scheduled basis, designed to help them ensure consistent quality while managing costs.
